Job summary

Apptronik, a human-centered robotics company, is seeking a Global Fleet Operations Specialist to act as the first responder and backbone for our global fleet. You will monitor fleet performance, triage Level 1 issues, and coordinate service and repairs across the organization in a hybrid Austin, TX environment.

You will work closely with Global Services & Support to ensure rapid issue resolution, maintain fleet uptime, and keep stakeholders informed as we scale operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, fleet monitoring, or technical operations.
• Prior experience working with robotics, hardware systems, complex electromechanical setups, or in a high-growth startup environment preferred
• Familiarity with remote desktop, terminal tools, or telemetry data tools.
• Schedule & Flexibility: Work schedules require operational flexibility based on business needs; rotating shifts including nights and weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live fleet alerts and incoming case queues; perform Level 1 triage and diagnose issues.
• Own end-to-end case tracking and ensure data integrity across lifecycle and fleet MTTR.
• Coordinate service requests and dispatch workflows for service teams; ensure proper handoffs and SLAs.
• Compile diagnostic context and escalation packages for complex issues before routing to Tier 2/3.
