Job summary

Jabil is seeking an Inventory Control Lead I in Wisconsin. The role provides day-to-day operational leadership within inventory control, supporting team performance, training associates, and ensuring inventory accuracy.

You will work closely with Supervisors to ensure process compliance and drive departmental goals. Responsibilities include directing associates and material handlers, prioritizing tasks, performing cycle counts, coaching staff, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of inventory control principles and warehouse operations.
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP and inventory management tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach and influence others without direct supervisory authority.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily direction and support to Inventory Control associates and Material Handlers.
• Coordinating workflow and prioritizing tasks to meet operational requirements.
• Supporting inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Training, coaching, and mentoring team members.
• Monitoring compliance with inventory procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Assisting with troubleshooting inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
• Supporting material flow activities and cross-functional coordination.
• Tracking performance metrics and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
