Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse/Inventory Associate to unload inbound shipments, stage items for delivery, and load outbound freight. You will perform daily inventory reconciliation, operate the WMS, and support returns processing with vendors.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and experience with warehouse technology. This is an on-site position at a Lowe's distribution center.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 1–2 years of inventory/return process experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments from distribution centers and vendors.
• Stage items for delivery by external delivery teams.
• Load outbound freight to DCs and vendors.
• Complete product assembly and pre-delivery inspections.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Operate recycling equipment and participate in sustainability programs.
• Perform daily inventory reconciliation and cycle counts.
• Work with WMS: scanning, dispatching, validation.
• Generate and monitor RTM and damaged-on-hand reports.
• Use MS Office, Blue Yonder, and My Red Vest to support inventory accuracy.
• Process returns and credits with vendors.
