Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Greensboro, NC to support inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and daily warehouse operations. The role involves receiving shipments, staging for delivery, performing inspections, and maintaining accurate records across ERP and WMS platforms.

You will collaborate with vendors and 3PL partners to resolve issues, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accurate stock levels while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 1–2 years related experience in inventory and returns.
• Experience working with vendors.
• Proficiency with warehouse technology and inventory systems.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments and receive goods from distributors and vendors.
• Stage items for next-day and future delivery with external teams.
• Load outbound freight to DCs and reverse vendors.
• Complete product assembly and pre-delivery inspections.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Operate WMS: scanning, dispatching, and validation.
• Generate RTM reports and inventory audits.
• Communicate with 3PL partners and vendors to resolve issues.
• Use MS Office, Blue Yonder, and My Red Vest for inventory accuracy.
