Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in inventory and returns.
• Experience with vendors and distribution partners.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient with warehouse tech and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments from vendors and DCs.
• Stage and prepare items for delivery and external teams.
• Load outbound freight and manage warehouse movement.
• Complete product assembly and pre-delivery checks.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Operate recycling equipment and support sustainability programs.
• Perform daily inventory reconciliation and cycle counts.
• Use WMS to scan, dispatch, and validate shipments.
• Generate reports and monitor RTM, damaged items.
• Coordinate with 3PLs and resolve delivery claims.
• Maintain vendor relationships and resolve cargo issues.
