Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to unload inbound shipments, stage items for delivery, and manage outbound freight.

You will perform product assembly and pre-delivery inspections, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and support inventory accuracy using WMS and supporting systems. Daily duties include reconciliation, reporting, and collaboration with 3PLs and vendors to resolve delivery issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required. Prior inventory/returns experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability preferred.
• Experience with warehouse technology and inventory systems helpful.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments from distribution centers and vendors.
• Stage items for next-day and future deliveries for external delivery teams.
• Load and ship outbound freight to DCs and reverse vendors.
• Perform product assembly and pre-delivery inspections.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Operate recycling equipment and participate in sustainability programs.
• Conduct daily inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, audits, and reporting.
• Utilize WMS functions: scanning, dispatching, validation, and reporting.
• Generate/monitor RTM and damaged-on-hand reports.
• Use MS Office, Blue Yonder, and My Red Vest for inventory coordination.
• Process and document returns, credits, and vendor communications.
• Maintain vendor relationships and resolve delivery claims.
