Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Syracuse, NY is seeking a Warehouse Associate to unload inbound shipments, stage deliveries, and manage outbound freight. You will operate the WMS and support inventory accuracy across the supply chain.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and collaboration with vendors and 3PL partners. The position offers full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• High School diploma required.
• 1–2 years of inventory and returns experience preferred.
• Experience working with vendors.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse technology and inventory systems.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Unload and receive inbound shipments from distribution centers and vendors.
• Stage next-day and future delivery items for external delivery teams.
• Load and ship outbound freight to DCs and reverse vendors.
• Complete product assembly and conduct pre-delivery inspections.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Operate recycling equipment and participate in sustainability programs.
• Perform daily inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, and audits.
• Manage all WMS functions including scanning, dispatching, and validation.
• Generate and monitor reports for inventory and damaged-on-hand items.
• Use MS Office, Blue Yonder, and My Red Vest to support inventory accuracy.
• Execute the Return to Manufacturer (RTM) program with documentation and vendor communication.
• Process and disposition damaged, discontinued, defective, special order, and canceled merchandise.
• Secure return authorizations from vendors and process credits for customer returns.
• Communicate with 3PL partners to resolve delivery claims.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, liquidation partners, and outlet teams.
• Resolve customer and cargo issues and update claims in Lowe’s systems.
