Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and resolve reconciliation discrepancies before posting inventory results.
• Produce reports, perform ad hoc and trend analysis, maintain electronic files for audit accuracy.
• Engage with field and internal teams to ensure posted shrink results are accurate.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement to improve departmental efficiency.
• Execute financial entries based on analysis.
• Analyze and post timely, accurate reconciliation of store inventories to counts.
• Identify and resolve inventory inaccuracies from shipping or adjustments.
• Prepare ad hoc reports related to shrink and vendor inventory discrepancies.
