Job summary

SystemsAccountants is looking for an Inventory Specialist in Knoxville, TN to support daily warehouse and inventory operations. You will process shipments, enter data into NetSuite, and help maintain accurate inventory levels in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

1-2 years in inventory control, warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, logistics, or related field.
Understanding of inventory management principles and lifecycle.
Experience with inventory management systems or ERP; NetSuite a plus.

Responsibilities

Process incoming and outgoing shipments including receiving and documenting inventory.
Enter inventory data into NetSuite accurately.
Monitor inventory levels and perform routine counts and reconciliation.
Coordinate with warehouse, operations and customer service for timely order fulfillment.
Maintain organized storage and follow inventory control procedures.
Generate inventory reports and look for process improvements.
