Job summary

Rite-Hite is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse professional to manage inventory transactions, cycle counting, and materials flow to the production floor. You will coordinate with buyers, planners, and shipping teams to maintain optimal stock levels and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years of related experience.
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred, especially logistics/replenishment.
• Experience with inventory replenishment and cycle counts.

Responsibilities

• Oversees processing of all inventory transactions.
• Maintains required supply of parts to support shop floor.
• Establishes and maintains inventory levels; notifies purchasing when reorders are needed.
• Manages master scheduling, shipping scheduling, and build scheduling.
• Communicates order status and ensures materials are available line side.
• Manages cycle counting program and generates related reports.
• Investigates inventory and BOM discrepancies and communicates findings.
• Records status and location of materials and allocates them to projects.
• Provides daily work direction to warehouse/shipping staff.
