Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution (QCD) Seattle site seeks a hardworking Warehouse Clerk to support purchasing, receiving, inventory and warehouse operations. You will coordinate inbound shipments, review documents, maintain records, and ensure inventory accuracy while collaborating with vendors, carriers, and internal teams.

This full-time on-site role offers a 4-day, 10-hour schedule, weekly pay, and a path for career development within a growing food-service distribution network.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of relevant purchasing, receiving, inventory, or warehouse administrative experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory control and order processing systems preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and analytical skills.
• Certified forklift operator experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate inbound receiving appointments to ensure timely delivery of products and materials.
• Review invoices and shipment documentation for accuracy, pricing, product quality, and discrepancies.
• Monitor inbound shipments and follow up on delivery issues with vendors and carriers.
• Generate, maintain, and reconcile daily and weekly receiving reports.
• Track inventory-related information and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve product, packaging, freight, and delivery concerns.
• Maintain accurate records within inventory and purchasing systems.
• Partner with warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams to support customer needs.
• Follow company policies, food safety requirements, and workplace safety procedures.
• Perform additional administrative and operational support duties as assigned.
