Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD), a subsidiary of GSF, seeks a Warehouse Lead (Day Shift) in Seattle, WA to lead daily warehouse operations, coach associates, and ensure safety and quality in a temperature-controlled setting.

You will use Vocollect voice-directed headsets, manage inbound/outbound activities, and coordinate with supervisors on labor and production planning while upholding company standards and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse lead or team lead experience preferred.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience operating material handling equipment (electric pallet jacks, stand-up forklifts, reach trucks).
• Forklift/reach truck certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership for daily warehouse operations.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate priorities.
• Train associates on warehouse operations across temperature zones.
• Monitor workflow and assist with labor planning.
• Audit processes and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain sanitation standards and safety compliance.
