Job summary

Zoetis Reference Labs (ZRL) in Mukilteo, WA, seeks a Supply Room Clerk to ensure timely processing of laboratory inventory and support daily operations.

You will handle packing slips, data entry, invoice verification in SAP/Ariba, and communicate with Accounts Payable. This full-time role requires 1+ year receiving experience, teamwork, and reliability; the position offers benefits from day one and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a receiving environment.
• Knowledge of Fishbowl and Ariba/SAP encouraged.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receives packing slips into Fishbowl and ensures lot number/expiration date data entry when required.
• Investigate missing Fishbowl receipts by contacting suppliers, lab techs and/or shipping companies.
• Verifies supplier invoices in SAP against Ariba purchase orders and Fishbowl purchase orders within each system.
• Utilizes Ariba receiving process to update Purchase Orders.
• Communicate with the Accounts Payable team on invoice status for payment.
• Performs inventory transactions in Fishbowl to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Performs routine clerical duties, including working with vendors, answering telephones, and assisting internal and external customers.
• Must be able to receive direction and perform tasks as specified by management.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
