Job summary

Zoetis Spain SL is seeking a Supply Room Clerk for a Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm shift in Mukilteo, WA. The role focuses on timely inventory processing within Zoetis Reference Labs, ensuring accurate data entry and effective coordination with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities include receiving, invoice verification in SAP/Ariba, and maintaining inventory accuracy in Fishbowl, with support for accounts payable.

Responsibilities

• Receive packing slips into Fishbowl and ensure lot number/expiration date data entry as required.
• Investigate missing Fishbowl receipts by contacting suppliers, lab techs and/or shipping companies.
• Verify supplier invoices in SAP against Ariba purchase orders and Fishbowl PO's.
• Use Ariba receiving process to update Purchase Orders.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable on invoice status for payment.
• Perform inventory transactions in Fishbowl to ensure accuracy.
• Handle routine clerical tasks including vendor interaction and answering phones.

Supply Room Clerk Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm ZRL is a full-service veterinary clinical diagnostic laboratory. We are focused on revolutionizing the reference laboratory space for companion animals. We are a team of friendly, motivated, and highly collaborative business and veterinary professionals looking for a top tier professional to join our growing team. As a Supply Room Clerk with Zoetis Reference Labs (ZRL), this person will be ensuring the timely processing of laboratory inventory. This role within the ZRL network is crucial to the overall operation of the business.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Receives packing slips into Fishbowl and ensures lot number/expiration date data entry when required.
2. Investigate missing Fishbowl receipts by contacting suppliers, lab techs and or shipping companies.
3. Verifies supplier invoices in SAP against Ariba purchase orders and Fishbowl purchase orders within each system.
4. Utilizes Ariba receiving process to update Purchase Orders.
5. Communicate with the Accounts Payable team on invoice status for payment.
6. Performs inventory transactions in Fishbowl to ensure inventory accuracy.
7. Performs routine clerical duties, including working with vendors, answering telephones, and assisting internal and external customers.
8. Must be able to receive direction and perform tasks as specified by management.
9. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Team-oriented, friendly, focused, and able to multitask.
• Knowledge of supplies, receiving, and data entry procedures.
• 1+ years of experience in a receiving environment.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills required.
• Knowledge of Fishbowl and Ariba/SAP is encouraged.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort

• Must be able to stand, walk, lift, twist, bend, and reach for a minimum of 7.5 hours per day.
• Must be able to perform repetitive motion tasks.
• Must be able to push, pull, and operate carts, dollies, and other equipment as needed.
• Must be able to life up to 30lbs

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $17.40 - $25.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target range for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
