Job summary

Zoetis Reference Labs is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Room Clerk to ensure timely processing of inventory in a busy lab environment. You will handle packing slips, perform data entry for lot numbers and expirations, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to keep stock accurate.

The role requires at least 1 year in a receiving setting, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Fishbowl and Ariba/SAP is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a receiving environment.
• Knowledge of receiving, data entry procedures, and inventory control.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive packing slips into Fishbowl and ensure data entry of lot numbers/exp dates.
• Investigate missing Fishbowl receipts by contacting suppliers, lab techs, or shipping companies.
• Verify supplier invoices in SAP against Ariba/Purchase orders and Fishbowl orders.
• Update Purchase Orders using Ariba receiving process.
