Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Receiver to support store operations through inventory control, accurate receiving, and routine compliance tasks. The role collaborates with the Store Operations Manager and handles transfers, RTVs, and daily reconciliation to maintain accurate stock levels.

Essential duties include operating forklifts, supporting BOPIS and omni-channel reconciliations, and ensuring safe, compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic math abilities are required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically are expected.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory control and receiving accuracy as part of store operations.
• Execute receiving, inventory adjustments, reconciliations, and reporting per company standards.
• Operate forklift and assist with loading purchases and customer service as needed.
