Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Windsor, CA seeks a Receiver responsible for inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines to support store operations. You will process POs and transfers, perform inventory adjustments, and assist with BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation while promoting safe and efficient store operations.

Ideal candidates will have shipping/receiving experience, be 18+, possess a valid driver's license, and read, write, and count accurately.

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Operate forklift and support loading/unloading.
• Receive Direct POs and transfers, stage freight for teams.
• Perform inventory adjustments and reconciliations.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI processes and reconciliation reports.
• Adhere to safety and compliance procedures.
• Provide Legendary Customer Service and assist customers.
