Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a TM Receiver to help maintain inventory accuracy, receive and ship freight, and support selling initiatives while delivering Legendary Customer Experience. You will interact with customers and Team Members and promote a safe work environment in a dynamic retail setting.

Essential duties include processing inbound/outbound freight, stocking, signage, and operating equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver on Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, uncover needs, recommend solutions, and add value.
• Process inbound and outbound freight and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack, balance stocking and merchandising duties.
