Job summary

Batteries Plus seeks a Quality Control Supervisor to oversee quality control and inventory integrity at our distribution center. You will lead the quality control team, drive process improvements, and ensure regulatory and company standards are met.

This role collaborates with QA on corrective actions, reports on quality metrics, and enforces safety and process improvements. A bachelor's degree is preferred with 6+ years of related experience, and OSHA/ANSI knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory experience in a QC environment.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and standards.
• Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and drive corrective actions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control operations and maintain inventory integrity across the distribution center.
• Collaborate with QA on corrective actions based on inspections and data trends.
• Schedule, prioritize, and delegate daily QC tasks to ensure quality standards.
• Monitor materials and report discrepancies, damages, and SCRAP/vendor returns.
• Maintain monthly/annual quality metrics and report to leadership.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to the QC team and support continuous improvement.
