Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Kentucky seeks an experienced Inventory Audit Coordinator to establish and publish weekly inventory, spot audit, and quality audit schedules. You will coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors daily to assign product, equipment, and personnel to complete tasks on time.

The role requires strong audit and communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ years of related work experience.
• Experience in inventory quality control and audits preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a cooperative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.
• Communicates and coordinates schedules with Warehouse Supervisors daily.
• Directs and leads personnel assigned to audits and inventory counts.
• Provides daily written and electronic analysis of audit results.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail in inventory control.
