Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a dedicated Inventory Audit Specialist to manage weekly inventory counts, spot audits, and quality audits at our Houston facilities. You will coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors to allocate personnel and resources, oversee audit activities, and deliver detailed analysis reports.

The role requires strong communication, audit skills, and a high level of organization with 5+ years in related roles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of related work experience preferred.
• 5+ years of industry-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.
• Communicates and coordinates audits with Warehouse Supervisors daily to allocate resources.
• Directs staff during audits and inventory counts; provides written/electronic analysis reports.
• Performs spot audits for unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing and shipping; records results in Excel.
• Identifies trends or corrective actions with supervisors and leads.
• Maintains timely reading and response to emails and on-site presence.
