• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.
• Communicates schedules with Warehouse Supervisors daily for resource allocation.
• Directs personnel assigned to quality audits and inventory counts; provides analysis and statistics.
• Spot audits unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, and shipping; records results in Excel.
• Interacts with supervisors to identify trends requiring corrective action.
• Reads and responds to emails promptly.
• Other duties as assigned.
