Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 5+ years of related work experience.
• 5+ years of industry related experience preferred.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.
• Strong audit skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.
• Coordinates inventory activities with Warehouse Supervisors to allocate resources.
• Provides daily written and electronic analysis of inventory counts and audits.
• Performs spot audit tasks including receiving, locating, packing, and shipping documentation in Excel.
• Identifies trends needing corrective action and communicates findings to supervisors.
• Reads and responds to emails promptly.
