Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a Quality & Inventory Specialist for the Weekend Day Shift to lead weekly inventory counts and audits. The role coordinates with Warehouse Supervisors to allocate resources and ensures timely communication of results.

Responsibilities include directing audit activities, generating analysis reports in Excel, identifying trends, and responding promptly to emails. A High School diploma and 5+ years in related work are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years related work experience; 5+ years industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, auditing and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.
• Coordinates inventories and audits with Warehouse Supervisors daily to allocate resources.
• Directs audits and counts and provides daily reports of analysis and statistics.
• Spot audit activities include unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing and shipping; document in Excel.
• Mentions trends and corrective actions to supervisors and leads.
• Read and respond to all emails in a timely fashion.
