CEVA Logistics is seeking a 4PL Inventory Control & Quality Manager to lead all IC and QC activities for the Clayton, Indiana facility, with regional support as needed. You will own inventory accuracy, audit readiness, and continuous improvement across warehousing and transportation processes.

The role requires 5+ years in inventory control or quality management, with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related field.
• 5+ years of inventory control, quality management or logistics operations experience.
• Experience with 3PL or 4PL environments and strong data analysis skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead inventory control programs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee quality control audits, RCCA investigations, and corrective actions.
• Partner with Operations, IT, Finance, Safety, and customer teams.
• Drive SOX/SOC compliance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement.
• Develop KPI dashboards and operational reporting using BI tools.
