Job summary

Target is seeking an Inventory Control & Quality Assurance Leader for the Riverside Flow Center. You will oversee ICQA duties, coach a team of ICQA members and inbound problem solvers, and drive onboarding and ongoing training for new hires.

You will lead root cause analyses of defects, drive improvements in inbound receipts, location accuracy, and overall quality metrics, and partner across operations to optimize processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Six-Sigma/Lean Thinking/Quality Management/Continuous Improvement/Process Engineering experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly to a variety of audiences; strong reasoning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ICQA responsibilities and supervise ICQA team members.
• Lead root-cause analysis of quality defects and inventory gaps.
• Drive kaizen and continuous improvement events.
• Collaborate across operational departments to meet quality and inventory control targets.
