Qualifications

Education & experience: High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Finance or related discipline preferred or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years related experience with at least 1 year of supervisory/lead experience; 3 years industry experience preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic software; ability to perform currency, weight, volume, and distance calculations.

Responsibilities

Supervise and provide control oversight for all department activities; conduct annual performance reviews and address performance issues.
Develop and provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
Set up files for all documents and records relevant to the consolidation.
Receive, review and process inbound documentation; provide written quotations; ensure Customer Profile in system.
Manage pre-alerts daily and coordinate with carriers to confirm arrival times and notify customers.
