Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Quality & Inventory Specialist for the third shift in our Texas warehouse. You will lead inventory counts, audits, and related quality checks, coordinating with supervisors to allocate people, equipment, and space for timely completion.

Ideal candidates have strong audit skills, excellent communication, and a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to data in Excel. This role requires high organization and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with strong inventory knowledge.
• Experience performing audits and inventory counts in warehouse settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.
• Coordinates counts with Warehouse Supervisors to allocate resources.
• Directs work of personnel during audits and counts; provides analysis
• Records audit results in Excel and communicates findings to supervisors
• Identifies trends requiring corrective action; manages email communications
