Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a Quality & Inventory Specialist for the second shift to manage weekly inventory counts, audits, and related quality controls within a warehouse setting.

You will coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors to schedule audits, direct audit staff, and provide detailed analysis reports to improve accuracy and efficiency. Strong communication and Excel skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of related work experience.
• 5+ years of industry related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.
• Communicates and coordinates inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules with Warehouse Supervisors daily.
• Directs the work of personnel assigned to quality audits and/or inventory counts by Warehouse Supervisors.
• Provides daily written and electronic copies of analysis and statistics of inventory count and quality audits results.
• Spot audit unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, and shipping personnel for all accounts and documents results in an Excel spreadsheet.
• Interacts with supervisors and leads to help identify trends, processes, or people that require corrective action.
