Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is looking for a Quality & Inventory Specialist to support weekend day shift operations. The role focuses on establishing audit and inventory schedules, coordinating with Warehouse Supervisors, and leading audit teams to ensure accuracy and accountability across all accounts.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, excellent audit capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.
• Coordinates inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules with Warehouse Supervisors daily.
• Directs personnel assigned to audits and counts and provides analysis of results.
• Spot audits: unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, and shipping; records results in Excel.
• Interacts with supervisors to identify trends and corrective actions.
• Read and respond to emails promptly.
