Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Walton, Kentucky is seeking a Warehouse Operative to help manage inventory and audits. You will coordinate schedules with Supervisors to ensure timely processing and accuracy of shipments.

You will publish weekly schedules, maintain audit records in Excel, and support a team in a fast-paced logistics environment. A high school diploma and experience are preferred; strong communication and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of related work experience preferred.
• 5+ years of industry related experience preferred.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.
• Coordinates inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules with Warehouse Supervisors daily.
• Provides daily written and electronic copies of analysis and statistics of inventory count and audit results.
• Performs spot audit unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, and shipping tasks and documents results in Excel.
• Interacts with supervisors to identify trends, processes, or people needing corrective action.
• Read and respond to emails in a timely fashion.
