Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a detail-oriented logistics professional to manage and publish weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules. You will coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors to allocate resources and ensure timely audits, while directing audit personnel and maintaining thorough analytical records.

The role requires strong communication, audit skills, and the ability to multitask in a team environment, with proficiency in Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years of related work experience is required.
• 5+ years of industry-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.
• Coordinates inventory and audit schedules with Warehouse Supervisors daily.
• Directs the work of personnel assigned to audits and counts; provides daily analysis reports.
• Oversees spot audit activities: unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, and shipping; records results in Excel.
• Identifies trends or issues with supervisors/leads and suggests corrective actions.
• Read and respond to emails in a timely fashion.
