Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking an experienced Inventory and Quality Audit Coordinator to establish and publish weekly audit schedules, coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors, and lead teams responsible for counts and quality checks.

This role requires strong audit skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a team. A High School Diploma/GED and 6+ years of related experience are required; professional certifications may be preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 or more years of related work experience.
• 6 or more years of industry related experience preferred.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.
• Communicates and coordinates audit schedules with Warehouse Supervisors daily.
• Directs and leads personnel assigned to audits; provides analysis and statistics.
• Spot audit unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, and shipping.
• Identifies trends and corrective actions with supervisors and leads.
• Reads and responds to emails in a timely fashion.
• Other duties as assigned
