You will handle daily requests, verify receipts against orders, log items in NetDocs, prepare reports, lift up to 50 lbs, and ensure compliance with firm security policies while safeguarding confidential materials.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with stock management and purchase orders.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle daily requests.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory for general supplies and archives boxes.
• Process stock purchase orders end-to-end; file docs in NetDocs.
• Verify receipts and place items in correct locations; keep stock room organized.
• Fulfill daily supply requests via E-REQ, email, phone, or walk-ins; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Log requests for name plates, business cards, and memo pads; process PO.
• Maintain logs for borrowed items and ensure timely returns; support security policies.
• Prepare statistical reports as needed.
• Log and return recycled toner cartridges and support firm information security policies.
