Job summary

You will monitor cycle counts, adjustments, and reports, while driving continuous improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, and proven leadership, with strong MS Office skills and the ability to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to assess needs, prioritize work, communicate effectively, and lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Accurate counting and inventory documentation.
• Self-directed and dependable.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily workflow, assign priorities, coach team, and report performance.
• Ensure safety, 6S, quality, and standards are followed.
• Manage inventory control: cycle counts, adjustments, transfers, and discrepancies.
• Update hour-by-hour performance boards and participate in GEMBA walks.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly standard work and identify improvements.
• Train team on responsibilities, safety, and policy; motivate success.
• Collaborate across department and support special projects.
