Job summary

Lakeshirts, inc. is seeking a Post Production Team Lead for our Detroit Lakes, MN headquarters. You will lead by example, set priorities, and keep garments moving while upholding Lakeshirts quality standards.

You will train staff, monitor workloads and deadlines, and remove roadblocks to meet production goals. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong communication and decision‑making in a busy print production environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced production environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication with strong listening skills.
• Willingness to train and motivate a team; ability to lead by example.
• Knowledge of Syspro and Microsoft Excel; ability to understand order forms.
• High school diploma preferred; ability to stand for long hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily priorities set by the supervisor; assign work and adjust staffing.
• Use reports and work orders to track progress and ensure correct processing.
• Inspect garments for colors, logos and flaws; coordinate replacements with Inventory.
• Work beside the team sorting and folding garments by size and type.
• Train employees on duties, safety and company policy; conduct check-ins.
• Monitor attendance and payroll sign-off; support supervisor reviews.
