Lakeshirts, inc. is seeking an Inventory Auditor for on-site duties in Detroit Lakes, MN. The role focuses on cycle counting, researching discrepancies, and ensuring inventory accuracy across the warehouse.

You will count, document, and communicate variances while supporting workflow and process improvements. Growth opportunities exist through skill development in inventory control and warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with cycle counting and inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate training for cycle counting teammates on responsibilities, safety, and policy.
• Able to use inventory software to process counts.
• Capable of pulling garments for production teams and verifying details.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily workflow to the cycle counting group and maintain progress toward team goals.
• Coordinate training for cycle counting teammates on responsibilities, safety, and policy.
• Perform daily cycle counts, open boxes, count items, and use software to process inventory counts.
• Ensure materials are in proper locations and search for misclassified or missing inventory.
• Report overages, shortages, damaged garments, errors, and process concerns to the Inventory Supervisor.
• Communicate process improvements with the team to achieve positive results.
