Lakeshirts in Detroit Lakes, MN is seeking an Inventory Associate to locate and retrieve garments, pull orders for production, perform cycle counts, pad print, and deliver garments to production at our HQ.

Hours are Saturdays and Sundays 8am–4pm with starting pay of $17/hr. The role requires lifting 30-50 lbs, standing 8–10 hours, keeping aisles clean and organized, and following the 6S principles in a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well independently and as a team
• Accuracy is required; must understand order form and be able to count efficiently
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced work environment
• Must be self-directed & self-motivated
• Knowledge of MS Office products: Excel, Word, etc.
• Ability to be on your feet 8-10 hrs a day

Responsibilities

• Pulls orders of garments for production teams
• Verifies correct garment, color and sizes pulled by weighing/counting garments
• Pad prints and cycle counts garments
• Maintains aisles: clear, cleaned & organized racks
• Follows the 6S: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain & Safety
• Uses communication device to deliver necessary garment(s) to production as needed
• Assists in loading and unloading inventory as needed
• Note: role requires lifting 30-50 lbs continuously
• Other duties as assigned, including special projects
