Job summary

Lippert is seeking a hands-on Inventory Team Supervisor to oversee the inventory group and maintain the integrity of the perpetual inventory system. You will lead daily cycle counts, coordinate with the Inventory Control Leader for metrics, and drive Lean improvements while ensuring safety and adherence to company values.

Responsibilities include promoting process improvements, conducting physical inventories, and mentoring team members to develop future leaders.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid driver’s license desired with clean driving record.
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by embracing Lippert’s Core Values and working with your team and other departments to identify and celebrate wins.
Microsoft Office
Excel proficiency
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
1-3 years of leadership experience.
1-3 years of Inventory Control Experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee inventory team and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Monitor WIP, audits, and weekly inventory reports to maintain accuracy.
Provide data to Inventory Control Leader for division metrics and improvement.
Lead cycle counts and ABC code maintenance for material.
Identify and implement Lean initiatives to improve processes and team performance.
Ensure the integrity of the perpetual inventory system and related programs.
