Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk for a premier manufacturing and distribution facility in St. Peters, MO.

You will maintain precise stock records, conduct cycle counts, operate RF scanners, resolve discrepancies, and track product movement across the floor with a steady full-time schedule. You will generate inventory movement reports, collaborate with purchasing, shipping, and facility teams, ensure proper labeling and rotation, and participate

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, cycle counting, stockroom auditing, or material tracking.
• Basic computer literacy; experience with RF scan guns and inventory software.
• High accuracy, good documentation, and problem-solving for variance tracking.
• Reliable transportation to St. Peters, MO and willingness to undergo pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Cycle counting and audits to maintain 100% stock accuracy.
• Reconcile system records with physical counts and report variances.
• Operate RF scanners and log real-time stock movements.
• Collaborate with purchasing, shipping, and facility teams to ensure smooth product flow.
• Maintain labeling, organization, and rotation of inventory.
• Generate inventory movement reports and track location adjustments.
