The position influences team performance, hiring input, and serves as Supervisor on Duty to ensure a world-class guest experience. Strong inventory, leadership, and merchandising skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience.
• Experience with inventory management or stocking.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or delegating to others.
• Able to work varied shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to execute product strategy.
• Lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Oversee product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members to create a productive shift atmosphere.
• Monitor product levels and inform needs for guest availability.
• Analyze daily data to inform product focus and pricing decisions.
