Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience.
• Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics using business technology.
• Experience in leading, mentoring or delegating to others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement product strategy.
• Plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities.
• Ensure product actions are executed (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members to create a fun, productive shift atmosphere.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategies.
