Job summary

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED and one or more years of related experience.
• Minimum of 18 years of age required; Partners must be 21+ to drive for Company business per policy.
• Food Handler certification required; Manager Food Safety certification required.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners; schedule, plan, assign and direct work.
• Review historical data on sales, ads and promotions; co-manage inventory.
• Review profit/loss, sales, shrink and labor data with department manager.
• Maintain and improve sales performance, product quality and work standards.
• Greet customers, answer questions and respond to complaints; provide friendly service.
