Sonny's Enterprises is seeking a Manager, Inventory & Planning to balance forecasted demand with supply, optimize on-time delivery, and meet customer requirements. The role leads a team, improves planning processes, and collaborates with operations, commercial, and logistics to minimize disruptions.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, 6+ years in planning/inventory in manufacturing, and strong BI tool experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 6+ years in supply chain, planning, materials, or similar function in planning/inventory control in manufacturing.
• Experience with Power BI and Tableau for data mining, analysis, and reporting.
• Understanding of MRP, Inventory Management, Capacity Planning, Scheduling, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and project management with ability to drive results in changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to develop, execute, and monitor planning strategies in ERP to meet service levels and inventory objectives.
• Establish a robust SIOP process with an integrated master production schedule tying forecasts to production.
• Oversee material movement from receiving to delivery to production.
• Manage the inventory and operations planning process and provide guidance to scheduling teams.
• Collaborate with finance for accurate inputs for reporting and analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean tools across functions to enhance efficiency.
