Job summary

Club Car seeks an experienced SIOP Manager to lead the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning process, aligning demand with supply capabilities and driving operational efficiency. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product Development to improve forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and business performance.

The role coordinates monthly planning cycles, identifies risks and opportunities, and translates plans into actionable execution steps for production and sourcing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• APICS Certification preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the monthly SIOP process and planning calendar.
• Facilitate demand, supply, and pre-SIOP review meetings.
• Maintain planning assumptions, metrics, and reporting tools.
• Communicate approved SIOP plans to operations for execution.
• Support continuous improvement to forecast accuracy and planning efficiency.
• Develop and maintain supply plans based on capacity and material constraints.
• Monitor capacity utilization and identify bottlenecks or shortages.
• Collaborate with Operations, Production Planning, and Procurement to resolve constraints.
• Track inventory levels and support reduction initiatives while maintaining service levels.
• Align SIOP plans with production schedules and monitor execution.
