Job summary

Orgill, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Planning Process Owner to lead the design and development of systems that maximize sales, margin, service level, and inventory turnover. This role collaborates with the Inventory Planning and Systems Manager to drive cross-functional improvements.

The candidate will manage forecasting, replenishment, and allocation analytics, ensure documentation is up to date, and implement automation to enhance efficiency across global supply chain processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in the same or similar field.
• Knowledge with Replenishment and Fulfillment software.
• Willing to travel for company-related functions as needed.
• Must be able to work in person at the Orgill Corporate Office.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and development of inventory planning systems.
• Maintain replenishment algorithms and settings.
• Support training and change management for end users and stakeholders.
• Update documentation such as test scripts, training materials, and business processes.
• Streamline processes through automation and machine learning to improve efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
