Salcomp Manufacturing USA is seeking an Inventory Planning Analyst to support inventory accuracy, data analysis, and reporting in a manufacturing setting. You will work with purchasing, warehousing, and logistics to optimize inventory levels and drive data-driven planning decisions.

The role emphasizes cycle counts, KPI reporting, and process improvements across ERP/WMS systems to reduce variances and improve stock availability. Strong Excel and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of inventory control, supply chain analysis, or similar analytical role.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, charts).
• Hands-on ERP/WMS experience (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite).
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Develop KPI reports on inventory turnover, days on hand, fill rates, and accuracy.
• Analyze inventory trends, forecast needs, and identify slow-moving stock.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehousing, and logistics to optimize inventory flow and reorder points.
