Job summary

Salcomp Manufacturing USA Corp. is seeking an Inventory Parts Specialist to maintain the Spare Parts Room, ensure inventory accuracy, and support compliance with SOPs.

You will manage transactions in MaintainX, perform cycle counts, process PRs, and assist with training and audits. The role emphasizes attention to detail, organization, and strong communication to coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, and other departments while upholding 5S and inventory procedures in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in inventory, parts, or warehouse operations.
• Experience with cycle counting, receiving, inventory transactions, and reconciliation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Spare Parts Room and issue, receive, and track parts using MaintainX.
• Perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain inventory records.
• Manage Purchase Requisitions approval workflow and verify incoming parts.
• Train personnel on MaintainX and inventory procedures; support audits and documentation.
