Job summary

Novolex seeks an Inventory Analyst to oversee day-to-day warehouse inventory movements and cycle counts, ensuring accurate stock records. You will analyze data, report metrics, and partner with the Supply Chain Planning team to optimize locations and productivity.

The role requires strong root-cause analysis, experience with SAP/WMS, and effective collaboration with internal customers to support inventory allocation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience managing day-to-day warehouse inventory and cycle counts.
• Ability to analyze data and report weekly inventory metrics.
• Proficiency with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Collaborates with Supply Chain Planning and internal customers.

Responsibilities

• Process owner for Inventory Management and best practices within the warehouse.
• Provide weekly inventory financial data, analysis and reporting.
• Serve as liaison to internal customers for stock inventory allocation needs.
• Execute daily stock inventory movements in the WMS.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies using root cause analysis.
• Manage inventory locations and site capacity for productivity.
• Lead weekly cycle counting and annual physical inventory efforts.
• Participate in internal/external inventory audits.
• Coordinate inventory movement between buildings.
