Job summary

INSPYR Solutions in Redmond, WA is seeking an Inventory Planner III for a 3-month contract. The role supports production and manufacturing operations by managing inventory and material flow in a warehouse environment, coordinating physical and virtual movements of materials, and identifying process improvements.

You will perform material transactions in SAP ERP and Excel, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with safety and productivity standards.

Qualifications

• SAP ERP used for inventory and materials transactions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience in inventory control and material planning.
• Warehouse operations and material handling experience.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Ability to document system issues and improvements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work varying day shifts, including weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• US work authorization meeting export control requirements.

Summary

• Supports production and manufacturing operations by managing inventory and material flow in a warehouse environment.
• Performs material transactions using SAP ERP, Excel, and proprietary systems while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Coordinates physical and virtual movement of materials between sites and identifies process improvements.
• Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards while supporting team training.
• Works in a physically demanding warehouse environment with flexible shifts, including potential weekend work.
• Night shift: 5 pm to 3:30 am, Wednesday to Saturday

Must-Have Skills

• SAP ERP experience (inventory/material transactions)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Inventory control and material planning experience
• Warehouse operations and material handling
• Experience with inventory management systems
• Ability to document system issues and process improvements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for up to 10 hours
• Flexibility to work varying day shifts, including weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent
• U.S. work authorization meeting Export Control requirements (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, Green Card holder, Refugee, or Asylee)

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience operating pallet jacks or warehouse equipment
• Forklift certification
• Experience training or mentoring team members
• SOP development or continuous improvement experience
• Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments
• 2+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience, or Bachelor's degree
• Experience with MS Office Professional Suite, including Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
